RETURNS:

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item(s) to request a return.  To start a return, contact us at StrongandBeautifulClothes@Gmail.com.  If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

*Damaged & Other Issues:

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can make it right.  We offer free replacement within 30 days with proof of purchase.  Please contact us at StrongandBeautifulClothes@Gmail.com for more instructions.

*Wrong Size or Color:

Exchanges will happily be issued with free standard shipping for same-style merchandise, if available, when accompanied by proof of purchase from Strong and Beautiful Clothes.  If neither the customer, nor Strong and Beautiful Clothes, can locate this documentation and/or same style merchandise is not available, refunds will be issued at a value determined by Strong and Beautiful Clothes.  Items must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in it's original package.  Securely package the item(s) you wish to exchange and return to:

*Change of Heart or Mind:

Orders can only be cancelled or changed within 24 hours of placement.  Contact us immediately at StrongandBeautifulClothes@Gmail.com with all relevant information.  Production is started within 24-48 hours of order placement.  Due to production costs, NO orders can be cancelled or changed after 24 hours.  No exceptions.

*Gift Cards:

We cannot accept returns of gift cards.

 

REFUNDS:

Refund requests received within 30 days of purchase will be issued to the original form of payment when available.

Refunds will be issued for the original purchase price when accompanied by proof of purchase from Strong and Beautiful Clothes.  If neither the customer nor Strong and Beautiful Clothes can locate this documentation, refunds will be issued at the value determined by Strong and Beautiful Clothes.

Refunds processed beyond 30 days, along with those lacking proof of purchase, will be issued via a Strong and Beautiful Clothes merchandise credit.

Refunds can NOT be issued on gift cards.
